These are the first earrings I ever made. I wish I could find these beads again. I would make many more of these. I bought a book on wire wrapping, bought a book on “Easy Beading,” and I was literally “hooked.” 🙂
Going down memory lane from years ago, as I searched for my very first blog I had, I found it is still there!! I’m so glad it is and still has all my pics of my first jewelry pieces I made. I found another favorite I had forgotten about… this silver and green stone bracelet. […]
I made these years ago, but they’ve always been one of my favorite sets. I wish I could remember the online jewelry supply store I ordered everything from, but I’m going to do a search to see if I can find the same or something similar to recreate these! I remember sterling silver for the […]
I loved making this. I’m taking baby steps hoping to learn how to macrame again and also hoping to be able to make a dreamcatcher soon. Until then, I found some great yarn and sticks on sale at a local craft store…just looped the yarn over a stick, using more strands of yarn for some […]
I found theses pretty colored shells in a bead shop in Maui last year and finally made some earrings out of them. Simply attached some metal rings with jump rings to them…..What took me so long?? Love these!
I Love my PeaceFrog!! He’s game for changing his look all the time 😉
These earrings I made tonight make me think of a rainforest. I would love to dance in the rain with these on!!

I’ll let these sit for 21 days before I give them as gifts. What I’ve made for myself that I haven’t baked is holding up well with handwashing. Love […]
Two Necklaces in one. This one took me a bit longer than I had planned on, but I love how it turned out. I’m sure there’s an easier way to make a necklace that can also be converted into a choker, but I didn’t feel like looking up a tutorial and just winged it. […]
We all have those extra pieces of chains and shortcut bracelet and necklaces we can use for quick jewelry we need/want to make. I love this cork board and cardboard frame that can be quickly nailed to a wall. All you need are some pushpins, your chains and quick pieces that you can easily find […]
Hi. I'm Heather Mele. I'm a wife, a mom, a stepmom, a rescue animal advocate; and I LOVE to cook, LOVE champagne, and I LOVE to create beautiful DIY projects for home, health, garden, beauty and personalized gifts. I don't have a lot of patience for anything that takes a lot of time to make, so I've picked the quickest and easiest of all my favorite things to share with you. You'll be amazed what you can create in a matter of just a few minutes, to the longest being just a few hours. Enjoy!!
